Modern aluminium smelters employ many cranes throughout and the continuous process demands constant availability of the cranes and therefore the crane rails.

Rapid Rail have carried out major work in many plants and have great experience in working in this very difficult environment.

With the process demanding high electrical throughput the result is a live highly magnetic field in which to work, our experience developed over time has allowed us to offer survey, rail replacement and repair while the plant continues to operate at full production.

The addition of our safety systems has allowed safe access to hazardous areas previously denied and allows much of our work to take place without disruption to production.
